El camellón del Paseo Chapultepec entre avenida Vallarta y Pedro Moreno y entre Mexicaltzingo y José Guadalupe Montenegro alberga desde el 17 de marzo la muestra 41 carteles del Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara (UdeG)

La Directora del FICG, Estrella Araiza Briseño, recalcó que, a diferencia de la muestra del año anterior, que trató sobre lo que ha sido el pasado del festival, ésta invita a una reflexión sobre el futuro por medio del arte. Durante el corte de listón estuvieron también Guillermo Gómez Mata presidente del patronato del FICG, Verónica Delgadillo, alcaldesa de Guadalajara y el director de Cultura municipal Carlos González. Como parte de la inauguración se realizó un recorrido guiado por parte de Ramón Lara, fundador del extinto Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios Cinematográficos (CIEC) de la Universidad de Guadalajara y profesor de cine de esta Casa de Estudio.
La exposición es una de las actividades del programa de la edición 41 de este encuentro cinematográfico que se realizará del 17 al 25 de abril en diversas sedes del área conurbada de Guadalajara. Mayor información puede consultarse el sitio https://ficg.mx/

The median of Paseo Chapultepec, between Avenida Vallarta and Pedro Moreno, and between Mexicaltzingo and José Guadalupe Montenegro, has been hosting an exhibition of 41 posters from the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) since March 17.FICG Director Estrella Araiza Briseño emphasized that, unlike last year’s exhibition, which focused on the festival’s past, this one invites reflection on the future through art. Also present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony were Guillermo Gómez Mata, president of the FICG board; Verónica Delgadillo, mayor of Guadalajara; and Carlos González, the municipal director of culture. As part of the inauguration, a guided tour was given by Ramón Lara, founder of the now-defunct Center for Film Research and Studies (CIEC) at the University of Guadalajara and a film professor at the same institution.

El Festival Internacional de Cine de Guadalajara dio a conocer el cartel correspondiente a su edición 41 realizado por el diseñador gráfico Ricardo Luévanos. Desde 2008 Luévanos ha colaborado como ilustrador para marcas y plataformas como Nike, y ELLE México.
