El Foro Anual Heranza Consulting Group 2025 se realizará el 19 de noviembre en el Hotel Gran Fiesta Americana.
De acuerdo con Christian Robles uno de los organizadores, el evento tal y como se ha hecho desde hace 20 años reúne a consultores que brindarán información actualizada y recomendaciones sobre las nuevas reformas fiscales. “La manera en que dichas reformas pueden impactar en la conservación del patrimonio. Se trata de un foro de debate en el que los asistentes pueden exponer directamente cualquier situación o dudas a un grupo de expertos como el doctor Óscar Álvarez del Toro, Gustavo Amezcua, Jesús Gutiérrez y un servidor. Cualquier asistente puede decirnos: -Me está pasando esto dime qué puedo hacer”- dijo.
Robles agregó: “2025 ha sido un año en el que ha habido cambios en la Ley de ingresos la Ley de Amparo, el Código Fiscal, cambios en impuestos como el IVA y el ISR, debemos saber como opera la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera, todos esos temas los abordaremos lo mismo que el tema de Lavado de Dinero, el propósito es que los asistentes se informen sobre cómo pueden hacer frente a situaciones que puedan vivir, relacionadas con cualquiera de estos temas. El evento está dirigido a todo aquél que desee que esta información le puede resultar valiosa en su día a día. Las personas que van se les entrega todo el material. La idea es que los asistentes puedan cumplir correctamente sus obligaciones fiscales, que aprendan a defenderse en materia fiscal, notarial, de instrumentación, es ver cómo podemos ante estas reformas minimizar su impacto negativo, poderlo manejar. Este foro es un espacio en donde se puedan ofrecer alternativas y tranquilidad a la gente”.

According to Christian Robles, one of the organizers, the event, as it has been held for the past 20 years, brings together consultants who will provide updated information and recommendations on the new tax reforms. “The way in which these reforms can impact wealth preservation. It is a forum for debate where attendees can directly present any situation or doubts to a group of experts such as Dr. Óscar Álvarez del Toro, Gustavo Amezcua, Jesús Gutiérrez, and myself. Any attendee can tell us: ‘This is happening to me, tell me what I can do,’” he said. Robles added: “2025 has been a year of changes to the Revenue Law, the Amparo Law, the Tax Code, and changes to taxes such as VAT and Income Tax. We need to understand how the Financial Intelligence Unit operates. We will address all of these topics, as well as the issue of Money Laundering. The purpose is for attendees to learn how to deal with situations they may encounter related to any of these issues. The event is aimed at anyone who wants this information to be valuable in their daily lives. All materials will be provided to attendees. The idea is for attendees to be able to correctly fulfill their tax obligations, learn how to defend themselves in tax, notarial, and document execution matters, and see how we can minimize and manage the negative impact of these reforms. This forum is a space where we can offer alternatives and peace of mind to people.”

Volaris y Air Canadá han creado recientemente vuelos directos desde Guadalajara hacia varios destinos de México, Colombia y Canadá.

Elisa Haro Ruiz, secretaria de Turismo del Estado de Durango, compartió: “Estamos muy contentos de contar ya con un vuelo directo Guadalajara/ Durango. Han sido años de trabajar con Volaris, es muy importante porque es uno de los principales emisores del país, estamos a 50 minutos de Durango venimos a promover un mundo de cine, que vaya a los escenarios de grandes producciones cinematográficas”.
La funcionaria añadió: “Actualmente el turismo de Jalisco representa el 6 por ciento del total de turistas que recibe Durango, hasta hoy se trata de un turismo carretero y creemos que con estas conexiones con vuelos lunes, miércoles y viernes se puede incrementar esta cifra por lo menos al doble. Durango es una oferta turística nueva para el tapatío, queremos también a los duranguenses en Jalisco, me parece que hay mucho que ofrecer por parte de las dos ciudades. Para cerrar el año tendremos la Feria Navideña que se realizará del 19 de diciembre al 6 de enero, también el Festival Ricardo Castro que se celebra en Semana Santa y Pascua, la Feria Nacional La Villista en Junio y Julio que este año rompió récord con 1 millón 400 mil visitantes en los 17 días de feria, coincidirá con el Mundial. El Festival Revueltas lo tenemos en Octubre y el Festival de Día de Muertos en Octubre y Noviembre, todos esos eventos cuentan con el 98 por ciento de actividades gratuitas”.

YA SE PUEDE VIAJAR TAMBIÉN DE GUADALAJARA A TORONTO DE FORMA DIRECTA

El miércoles 5 de noviembre fue inaugurado el vuelo Guadalajara-Toronto que contará con una frecuencia de tres viajes directos por semana a través de Air Canadá.

Elisa Haro Ruiz, Secretary of Tourism for the State of Durango, shared: “We are very pleased to now have a direct flight between Guadalajara and Durango. We have been working with Volaris for years; it is very important because it is one of the country’s main source markets. We are 50 minutes from Durango, and we are here to promote a world of cinema, to take visitors to the locations of major film productions.”

The official added: “Currently, tourism from Jalisco represents 6 percent of the total tourists Durango receives. Until now, this has been primarily road tourism, and we believe that with these new flight connections on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we can at least double this figure. Durango is a new tourist destination for residents of Guadalajara, and we also want Durango residents to visit Jalisco. I think both cities have much to offer. To close out the year, we will have the Christmas Fair, which will take place from December 19 to January 6, as well as the Ricardo Castro Festival, celebrated during Holy Week and Easter. We also have the Revueltas Festival in October and the Day of the Dead Festival in October and November. All of these events offer 98 percent free activities.”
