La cuarta edición de VinArt Ajijic se realiza del 31 de octubre al 1 de noviembre de 2025 con la temática de Día de Muertos en Nimue Marina & Residence, frente al majestuoso Lago de Chapala, donde más de 30 casas vinícolas nacionales e internacionales ofrecerán más de 170 etiquetas para degustación ilimitada hasta las 20:00 horas. cada día.

El programa incluye además de actividades grastronómicas, otras artísticas. Los visitantes pueden disfrutar de catas guiadas por sommeliers y enólogos. El 31 de octubre habrá concurso de Paellas con premios en efectivo para los equipos ganadores, mientras que el 1 de noviembre tendrá lugar el concurso de Catrinas y Catrines, donde los mejores disfraces serán reconocidos.

La velada del 1 de noviembre incluirá un espectáculo artístico especial: “Corazón de Luna”, un performance de Día de Muertos a cargo de NMOR que llevará al público a un recorrido simbólico desde el Mictlán hasta el homenaje a la memoria con la Catrina de José Guadalupe Posada. Música en vivo, DJs y after parties complementarán la experiencia nocturna con shows especiales y ambientación musical.

El programa del festival también contempla momentos culinarios únicos: el 1 de noviembre habrá ronqueo de atún y lechón al horno, los cuales se prepararán en vivo y podrán degustarse en el momento.
El horario del festival es el siguiente: el viernes 31 de octubre desde las 14:00 hasta las 00:00 horas, y el sábado 1 de noviembre de 13:00 hasta la 1:00 a.m. El acceso está reservado estrictamente para mayores de edad; no se permite la entrada de menores ni mascotas. Si se acude en grupos de 10 personas o más puede solicitarse un descuento en entradas.

The fourth edition of VinArt Ajijic will take place from October 31 to November 1, 2025, with a Day of the Dead theme at Nimue Marina & Residence, overlooking the majestic Lake Chapala. In addition to gastronomic activities, the program also includes artistic events. Visitors can enjoy tastings guided by sommeliers and winemakers. The evening of November 1st will include a special artistic performance: “Corazón de Luna” (Heart of the Moon), a Day of the Dead performance by NMOR that will take the audience on a symbolic journey from Mictlán (the Aztec underworld) to a tribute to the memory of José Guadalupe Posada’s Catrina. The festival program also includes unique culinary experiences: on November 1st, there will be tuna cutting demonstrations and roast suckling pig, which will be prepared live and can be tasted on the spot.

La Expo Ganadera de Guadalajara, que es parte integral de Fiestas de Octubre vive su edición 61 del 8 de octubre al 2 de noviembre.

De acuerdo con Servando de Loza este año regresan las exhibiciones de ganado porcino después de varios años que no se tenían y se muestran a lo largo de todo el programa más de 3 mil cabezas de ganado. Compartió que este encuentro al que acuden cerca de 500 mil asistentes de todo el país, genera una derrama económica de cerca de 100 millones de pesos de los cuales 40 se estima son de las transacciones que se generan de la compra venta de ganado.

Este año el gobierno del Estado a través de SADER está otorgando cartas de apoyo por 25 mil pesos para la adquisición de sementales bovinos y de 5 mil para adquisición de sementales ovinos y caprinos por 5 mil pesos bajo ciertos requisitos que se pueden conocer en la Página de Facebook de Expo Ganadera Jalisco Oficial, o bien se pueden solicitar informes en el óvalo central de las instalaciones de la Feria.

El programa de este año incluye charreadas, espectáculos ecuestres, subastas, conciertos y expo venta de productos artesanales y gastronómicos. Los sábados son de Pajarete Fest a partir de las 08:00 horas.

El director de la Expo Ganadera compartió que parte de la taquilla de La Granjita, la sección en la que los pequeños pueden interactuar con cabras, llamas, ponys, gallinas y otras aves se destinará a la Fundación Nariz Roja que apoya a personas con cáncer. También se cuenta con un módulo de la Secretaría de Vialidad y Transporte para renover la Licencia de conducir.
Una de las actividades destacadas es la Mega Cabalgata Sergio Martin Castellanos que ha sido el sábado 25 de octubre. El punto de partida es a las 12:00 horas en el Lienzo Charro de Charros de Jalisco y finaliza en la Expo Ganadera. Después se tendrá a partir de las 19:00 horas la Noche de Las Estrellas del Caballo Bailador. El 19 de octubre se realiza el Campeonato Charro Don Rafael Ramírez Michel La nudencia. El 22 de octubre se ha prigramado el V Congreso Internacional Piales Corveros Don Juan Rubio Casillas. El último dia 2 de noviembre se tendrá la Espectacular Noche de Catrinas en donde escaramuzas apareceran caracterizadas como catrinas al igual que sus caballos.
Quienes estén interesados en las exhibiciones de ganado cada semana se podrá apreciar a especies distintas: Durante la primera la primera etapa de la semana del 12 al 17 de octubre se ha progaramado la Exhibición Nacional de Ganado Limousin, con su respectiva subasta, Exposicón Regional de Ganado y la Exposición de Ovinos Pelifolk. El 18 de octubre se ha programado la Exposición Regional de Caballo Cuarto de Milla.

Segunda etapa del 20 al 26 de octubre es la segunda etapa con exposición de caballos Gypsy. El 23 se realiza la Exposición Regional de ganado Braford. Para el viernes 24 se ha programado la Exposición regional de Ovinos Dorper y Ovinos Katahdin, Black Belly, la nacional de Ganado Brangus. El 25 se realiza la calificación de la LVI Expo Nacional de Ganado Suizo. EL jueves 23 exposición regional de ovinos Pelibuey.
Para el 31 de octubre se realiza la XVII Muestra Nacional Caprina Cabras Pigmeas, además de la XVII Muestra Nacional Caprina Saanen, y la XVII Muestra Nacional Caprina de Cabras Lecheras.
El 30 se realiza la demostración de Estéetica Caprina. El 30 y 32 de octubre será la Exposición Retional de Ganado Angus, 31 de octubre también se realiza la Segunda Muestra Nacional de Simmental MexicanoEl sábado 1 de noviembre se realiza la subasta de Ganado Charolais. The Guadalajara Livestock Expo, an integral part of the Fiestas de Octubre, is holding its 61st edition from October 8 to November 2.

The director of the Livestock Expo shared that part of the box office proceeds from La Granjita, the section where children can interact with goats, llamas, ponies, chickens, and other birds, will be donated to the Red Nose Foundation, which supports people with cancer. One of the highlights is the Sergio Martin Castellanos Mega Parade, which took place on Saturday, October 25th. The start point is at 12:00 pm at the Lienzo Charro de Charros de Jalisco and ends at the Livestock Expo. The Dancing Horse’s Night of the Stars will then take place at 7:00 pm.
