FILM & TV. Flo brings the story of Florence Arthaud back to the screen

The feature film reconstructs Arthaud’s sporting career and her struggle to forge a path in a male-dominated field, while also revisiting key episodes from her personal life. Its television premiere coincided with the start of a new edition of the very race that brought her fame, as well as the period surrounding her birthday on October 28th.
The broadcast also brought back memories of her death—which occurred on March 9, 2015, in Argentina—in a helicopter crash during the filming of the television show Dropped.
The production, however, has been marked by family tensions and legal disputes concerning how the athlete’s life is portrayed.
Following its premiere, Flo has become available in France through various distribution channels. These include France.tv—which offers free streaming for a limited time—as well as SFR Play and the France TV channel available via Prime Video.
The film can also be found on digital rental and purchase platforms such as Canal VOD, Amazon Video, Apple TV, Google Play, and YouTube Movies, with rental prices starting at approximately 2.99 euros.

CELEBRIDADES.
CELEBRITIES. Heidi Klum surprises with a giant hand costume

Heidi Klum once again stole the spotlight during her traditional Halloween party in New York, where she celebrated the event’s 25th anniversary with one of her most striking transformations yet: a gigantic, severed, and bloodied human hand.
The German model arrived at the Cathédrale restaurant—located in the Moxy East Village hotel—aboard a truck marked with hazard signs, escorted by actors dressed in chemical protective suits.
The elaborate costume was created by special effects expert Mike Marino. It recreated Klum’s own left hand with remarkable realism, complete with visible veins, red-painted fingernails, wedding rings, and a tattoo of her husband Tom’s name on the ring finger.
The piece took four months to construct and required five to six hours of makeup application on the day of the event. To achieve the effect, the model’s body was entirely concealed within the structure, while her legs were camouflaged to allow her to walk. Klum admitted that bearing the weight of the prosthetic was one of the biggest challenges of the night.
On this occasion, her husband, Tom Kaulitz, could not join her due to touring commitments with his band, Tokio Hotel. However, she was supported by her children—Lou, Johan, and Leni—who accompanied her on the red carpet.
Professionally, Klum also continues her television career, having returned as a host on *Project Runway*, where she appears alongside Nina Garcia and Law Roach.
